This mod apparently is the first mod that did an entirely new agents from scratch, asset-wise. He is an CQC Expert with several abilities that can change the tide of battle. It's better to ask less questions about how he came here or just come up with some new lore or something. This mod adds the master of infiltration that performed the world's first halo drop, Naked Snake, who would later inherit the title of Big Boss, as an agent of Chimera Squad.
